The Southern Mansion kit is made from 3mm MDF timber in 1:24th scale.
This house comes with a multi-page color assembly guide using photographic quality rendering and assembly images.
This doll house kit is three story, Fifteen Room Southern Plantation style Doll House inspired by some Beautiful homes we have admired in Southern Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Though many of these homes have been redone to preserve their authenticity they are a part of Southern History.
Please Note:
The previous kits had locking tabs that can be seen in the images on the walls and roof, these have now been removed which gives a flat flush finish.
The Southern Mansion is 660mm (26 inches), side width is 360mm (13 inches) and height is 450mm (18 inches).
This kit is 1:24th scale, laser cut from 3mm MDF. All of the parts are precisely cut for ease of construction and comes with a colour construction guide.
There are some very small parts that can be fragile and will need to be handled with care.
You will require a craft knife, tweezers, wood glue, and paint to complete your project.
