The Callista Villa is a 1:12th scale Dolls house kit based on the Second Empire Victorian style.
The Callista Villa dolls house kit is laser cut from MDF timber.
This house kit comes with a multi-page color assembly guide using photographic quality
rendering and assembly images as a guide for your construction.
This kit consists of 8 large rooms and all of the laser cut timber components to complete your project ready for you to add your own finishing touches such as paint, wallpaper and furnishings.
You will require a craft knife, tweezers, wood glue, and paint and furnishings to complete your project.
The kit does not come with the roof tiles but can be purchased separately.
The Callista Villa is a 1:12th scale kit. The dimensions are: 1000 mm (39 inches) tall. 1000 mm (39 inches) long and 650 mm (25.5 inches) wide.
The kit comes with perspex windows and architrave to suit.
