This is a new kit added to our range adapted from our popular Bostonian 1:24th scale kit.
This kit consists of 9 large rooms and all of the laser cut timber components to complete your project ready for you to add your own finishing touches such as paint, wallpaper and furnishings.
You will require a craft knife, tweezers, wood glue, and paint and furnishings to complete your project.
The Bostonian 1:12th scale kit is 960 mm (38 inches) tall. 1300 mm (51 inches) long and 650 mm (25.5 inches) wide.
